CEO, Wholesale Banking & Markets
Andrew joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2009, and brings with him over 24 years’ senior corporate and investment banking experience. Andrew began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse in 1986, before moving to Paris with KPMG Peat Marwick. He started his banking career in Capital Markets with Citibank in Paris, focusing predominantly on cross-border transactions involving Europe and the US.

Jonathan Britton is a Chartered Accountant who brings experience of leading a global finance function at both UBS and Barclays, coupled with experience of running a global strategy function.
Managing Director, Portfolio Management
Tim Cooke joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2004. Before joining Lloyds he successfully undertook a variety of senior roles at Barclays, including Portfolio Management Director in Corporate Banking. In 2011 he was appointed Managing Director, Portfolio Management for Wholesale Markets.

Managing Director, Corporate and Institutional Banking
Clare is the Managing Director of Corporate and Institutional Banking, a significant coverage business in Wholesale Banking and Markets, operating across the UK and in North America. Clare has responsibility for leading the Corporate and Institutional Coverage teams with c. 1800 major Corporate and Institutional clients across a number of specialised sectors. She is also responsible for the overall management of the economic research team, driving the Bank’s e-commerce strategy, and leading the product offering of our Wealth and Retail clients.
Managing Director, Capital Markets
James joined Lloyds Banking Group in September 2009 to head up Capital Markets and Advisory. Previously with Goldman Sachs, James was a partner in the investment banking division, marketing the firm’s services to European corporates and financial institutions, and to Government clients across the globe.
Managing Director, Structured Corporate Finance
Keith has responsibility for the Bank’s Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Asset Finance and Transportation Finance businesses. Structured Corporate Finance provides expertise and product specialism to customers requiring complex financing structures backed by identifiable cash flows. Its innovative solutions in term lending and lease structures have generated a global portfolio of assets in excess of £40bn, equivalent to a FTSE 250 company.
Managing Director, Head of Strategic Transactions Group ('STG')
Tom joined Lloyds Banking Group in February 2004 and is Managing Director, Head of Strategic Transactions Group. He manages a team of 45 professionals across STG and Fund Investments. Alongside his position as Head of STG, Tom was also the interim Group Corporate Treasurer of Lloyds Banking Group from 2008 through 2009.
Chief Credit Officer, Wholesale & International Credit Risk
Stephen joined Lloyds Banking Group in May to be the Chief Credit Officer across our Wholesale Commercial and International Wholesale, businesses.
Managing Director, Mid Markets
Mark is responsible for large corporate businesses with turnover in excess of £15 million. Under his guidance, the Large Corporate team provides expertise and sector specialism from 23 offices across the UK to a portfolio of 14,000 corporate clients, with total assets in excess of £20bn – equivalent in size to a FTSE 250 company.
Chief Operating Officer
Alison joined Lloyds TSB in September 2005 as Chief Operating Officer for the Financial Markets Division, later expanded to become Products and Markets. Her focus has been on enabling the expansion of the business by leading the core support functions through a high growth period and developing the platform through several large change initiatives. In September 2008 she became the Interim Head of P&M in the transition period up to the merger with HBOS.
Managing Director, Business Development & Performance
Ed joined LBG in August 2008 as a Director in Group Corporate Development. He was responsible for the development and formulation of the Group’s corporate strategy and part of the team that led the Group Strategic Review.
HR Director, Wholesale and Wealth & International
Hugh has undertaken a number of Divisional and Group HR roles in his career covering amongst other things Business Partnership, Reward and Pensions, Learning and Development, Employee and Union Relations and Organisational Development.
Managing Director, Transaction Banking
Andrew has responsibility for the Bank’s Transaction Banking business.
